Dale also provides direction, training and consultation for organizations, particularly nonprofits. He has a Master of Science Degree in Human Services Administration from Spertus Institute of Jewish Studies and has extensive management experience in the mental health and public health arenas. Dale is a Certified Professional Enneagram Trainer in the Narrative Tradition through authors Helen Palmer and David Daniels, MD. His training also includes work with NLP/Enneagram author Tom Condon and Emotional Intelligence/Enneagram author and corporate consultant Mario Sikora. Dale is also certified to administer and teach the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Process (MBTI®).

Do not fear the enneagram! As a practical manager of a science-oriented organization, I admit to some skepticism at first, but Dale presents the enneagram as a fantastic tool to help colleagues see their co-workers’ (and their own) “angles” on work and life.
